  Welcome to The Twenty One, Brighton's only 4 star Gold Award guest accommodation. We hope you will enjoy the fact that our recently refurbished period property is located in a quiet residential side street, yet right at the heart of the lively and cosmopolitan Kemp Town area of Brighton. We are a few steps from the seafront, (our principal rooms have the benefit of oblique sea views), and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, such as The Royal Pavilion, The Lanes, North Laine, Brighton Pier, Brighton Marina, The Brighton Centre. You will find dozens of bars and restaurants a short walk from Charlotte Street in the St James's Street area of Kemp Town. All rooms have just recently been completely refurbished to include brand new full en - suite shower rooms. For your convenience our full English breakfast is cooked to order at a time that suits you.
