Beautiful Arundel is 5 miles away with its Castle, Cathedral and unique shops. Historic Parham House & gardens are just a walk away and the Roman town of Chichester with its theatres, markets and cathedral is just 15 minutes away by car. The pretty market towns of Petworth, Midhurst & Storrington are all nearby. Petworth boasts the magnificent Petworth House and Park (designed by Capability Brown) as well as many antique shops. Midhurst hosts Gold Cup Polo and offers a range of independant shops and boutiques. Amberley Working Museum is a short walk away, or why not spend the afternoon on a cruise of the Arun river, or fishing at nearby Chalk Springs Trout Fishery.
