The Ship Inn is in the centre of the village of Sandgate, approximately 1.6 km (one mile) west of Folkestone on the A259. The village has a strong community feel, which you will experience as soon as you walk in. Styled as a nice pub, for nice people, it also has an extensive wine list which would appeal to even the greatest wine buff. Parade Cottage, the adjacent Victorian building where the accommodation is housed, has been totally gutted and restored to a very high standard. All rooms have been decorated and furnished to offer luxurious accommodation with en suite facilities.
