The family - run hotel is mentioned in the Guinness Book of Records as the narrowest detached hotel. The hotel has a restaurant and 2 bars that serve Real Ales and over 50 whiskeys. Close by is an excellent 18 - hole golf course and fishing on the River Annan. Moffat is convenient for the A74 (M) motorway.
