  Probably there is nothing UNIQUE about our property but is there another B and B in the area set in 700 acres.

Our home was built in 2008 and we converted the two rooms in 2010. The house won a Fenland District Council One off Building design award and we have built in many features.

We offer two rooms, both en-suite One Double and one Family Room that can sleep up to 8 if needed.

Both rooms offer free WIFI, freeview TV, Dressing Gowns, shampoo, conditioner, Iron & Ironing Board etc

Guests are welcome to use the Swimming Pool in the summer months and of course they are welcome to walk to Welches Dam (RSPB Centre) via farm fields or roads

We offer a traditional Cooked English breakfast, continental breakfast and try to use locally sourced products as often as possible
